Once all required fields are completed, and Billing Contact Information completed for those requiring an invoice, please click “Continue” for payment options to complete the registration. Be sure your information is entered correctly, as this is how it will appear on your name badge and certificate.
IMPORTANT: Each attendee must be registered under a separate email address.
Your confirmation and all conference notifications will be sent by Conference Tracker to the email address provided. If you do not receive a confirmation by email from Conference Tracker within seven (7) days of submitting your registration, please contact the ILHIA office.
For every eight (8) officers registered by a Department/Task Force, ILHIA will comp the next officer registered (9th) by that same Department/Task Force.
If registering more than 8 attendees and paying by credit card: Please contact the ILHIA office by email prior to registering to request a discount coupon code to be used at time of payment.
If registering more than 8 attendees and requiring an invoice for payment: A discount coupon code is not required, and the appropriate comped registration(s) will be reflected on the prepared invoice. Be sure to complete the Billing Contact Information for each attendee that is to to be included on the same invoice.
ILHIA will once again be using the Conference Tracker app for all conference matters. Attendees will be notified by email when the app is ready for use.
