2025 Conference Information 

Exhibition Dates: October 14-16, 2025 

Exhibition Space Cost: $400.00 for one 8-ft draped table with 2 chairs. 

Welcome Vendors. This is a chance for you to showcase and/or sell your products to the men and women in Illinois Law Enforcement who recommend, purchase and use your products. We anticipate majority of participating agencies will be from federal, state, county, and local agencies. Participants attending will be from Illinois and surrounding states.

Registration for the 2025 ILHIA Conference will be handled through Conference Tracker. A registration link will be provided when one is available.

Choose the Exhibitor registration option to begin. You will be able to add all representatives attending the conference, indicate whether electrical hookup is needed, and pay with a credit card. If an invoice is needed for payment, please complete the billing preferences options. Be sure your information is entered correctly, as this is how it will appear on your name badge(s) and in our conference app.

IMPORTANT:  Each representative must be registered under separate email address. Your confirmation and all conference notifications will be sent to the email address(es) provided. If you do not receive a confirmation by email within seven (7) days of submitting your registration, please contact the ILHIA office. The email will be sent by Conference Tracker.
